Apple TV Broadcasters kept insulting Toronto Blue Jays coach

Pete Walker was ejected in the first inning. But don't tell that to Apple TV.
While the broadcasters obviously knew what was happening, they apparently didn't know that his name was Pete.
Everyone saw this. It was announced live as usually happens.
The problem? The Apple TV broadcasters kept announcing his name as '
Paul Walker.
Paul Walker was an actor known for his role in the Fast & Furious franchise. He died in 2013.
This is not the first time this has happened to the Blue Jays.
During a Spring Training game earlier this year, broadcasters kept pronouncing Arjun Nimmala's name as "Ar-Hun", thinking he was hispanic.
There is no shame in getting the pronunciation of name wrong. However, this feels especially egregious considering Walker is one of the longest-serving coaches in MLB and also on of the most respected.
For crying out loud, can someone at Apple TV tell [Ryan Spillborghs] that the Blue Jays pitching coach's name is Pete Walker? Not Paul Walker. This ain't the Fast and the Furious.
Blue Jays pitching coach Pete Walker ejected in the first inning
The Paul/Pete Walker incident came to late in the first inning of Friday night's game against the Royals.
Max Scherzer was on the mound, struggling to throw strikes. Walker came out for a mound visit and let home plate umpire James Jean know how he felt about the zone.
Not taking kindly to the criticism, Jean subsequently removed Walker from the ball game.
Apple TV announced it as 'Paul Walker has been ejected'.
I made a mistake. I also call him Walk. Spent 5 min talking with him before the game. So one name pops in on accident and you rake me through the coals. Sweet. All good. I made a mistake. It happens.
For what it's worth, announcer - and former player - Ryan Spillborghs apologized on social media after the game. Still, it feels a little too late.
