Fans flood the streets to celebrate Toronto Blue Jays' star Vladimir Guerrero Jr. in his hometown of Don Gregorio, Dominican Republic.

Vlad Jr. had a postseason performance for the ages.
His eight home runs were the most by a Blue Jays batter in a single postseason, surpassing greats like Jose Bautista and Joe Carter.

He also became the first player to hit a grand slam in Blue Jays' postseason history during the ALDS.
Even though the Blue Jays suffered heartbreak at the hands of the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 7 of the World Series, Guerrero Jr. cemented his playoff legacy with an epic performance.
