Joe Carter willing to relinquish his crown for World Series walk off win

Carter talked about throwing out the first pitch to Bo Bichette in game two of the World Series, and the panel asked him if he was worried about Bichette re-aggravating his knee by crouching down in the catchers position.
"No. I tell you what, for that young man [Bichette] to play in that World Series and the way he performed, him and George Springer, those are old-school guys Carter said. A lot of these young guys they don't go out there and play like we used to.

MLB Network panel presses Joe Carter on being a prankster in his playing days

Harold Reynolds wanted more details about the infamous Derek Bell prank back in 1992.
On the last day of season, Joe Carter pranked rookie Derek Bell by driving Bell's Jeep onto the field as part of a mock «raffle» to give it away to a fan.
"We had just clinched against the Tigers in '92, and he had this Jeep that was worth $10,000 with a $50,000 stereo in it. [Reynolds laughs] So me and Candy Maldonado rolled out onto the field, and the look on Derek Bell's face is priceless. He really thought we were giving away his Jeep. I should have told him it was operation shutdown"
