MLB insider believes Bo Bichette could ditch the Blue Jays for dreaded division rival

With less than two months to go before Spring Training, the Toronto Blue Jays biggest free agent remains unsigned.
Enter the New York Yankees, Toronto's biggest - and most despised - division rival. But is Bo Bichette to the big apple actually a possibility? According to MLB insider Jon Heyman, it can't be ruled out.
"I guess it's possible. I do know a Yankees person who does like Bichette very much, so I'm not going to rule that one out."
The Bronx Bombers are allegedly open to trading infielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. While the move would seemingly put them in an infield bind and create a hole at second base, signing Bichette would close that gap.
Another selling point for the Yankees is that Bo bats right-handed, which would be a great compliment to the Pinstripers left-handed-heavy lineup. That Bichette is also open and willing to play 2nd base, is another point in their favour.
Blue Jays notes from Insider Notebook with Jon Heyman:
Kyle Tucker: «I'm still kind of favoring Toronto, long way to go potentially on that one."
Bo Bichette: «I'm going to say he sticks with Toronto... it's a marriage that's worked.»
In the Mix On: Alex Bregman & Kazuma Okamoto.

However, just because the Yankees are a possible destination, doesn't mean they are a likely one. When it's all said and done Heyman expects that Bichette will re-sign with Toronto and stay put with the only organization he has ever known.
"I'm going to say he sticks with Toronto. There hasn't been a lot of reporting on that. Certainly, the Red Sox are a possibility if he does not end up with Toronto. To me, it's a marriage that works, so I think Toronto.»
Red Sox also a possibility
Fellow AL East Titans the Boston Red Sox have also been mentioned as a possible landing spot for Bichette, especially after he reportedly met with them during the Winter Meetings.
For his part, Bo - who recently enjoyed his honeymoon - has remained his usual reticent self. He has said that Toronto is where he wants to be. Hopefully, that's where he'll stay.
