The Toronto Blue Jays' Double-A Team are continuing their front office overhaul.
After previously announcing two additions to their front office earlier in the offseason, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats have brought four more people into the fold.
On Friday, it was announced that the team had hired Sara McClennan, Brady Lachemann, Erin Young, and Connor Young to join the executive team for the 2026 season.
McClennan, the most experienced of the quartet, will become the team's business manager, and brings 25 years worth of experience in finance, human resources, and operations.
Meanwhile Erin Young will be the new Catering and Premium Manager after having previously worked for the minor league team Rocky Mountain Vibes. Prior to that, she was part of the Special Events and Promotions Team for the Colorado Rockies.
100 Days until Opening Weekend which is obviously the most important part of today, December 24th!
Fisher Cats have now added six executives since start of offseason
Connor Young returns to his home state after a stint in Virginia where he attended Liberty University, and worked for the Lynchburg Hillcats, the Single-A Affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.
For the Fisher Cats, he will hold the position of Account Executive, Ticket Sales.
Lachemann is perhaps the most interesting hire. Not only did he play baseball at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, but he has a deep baseball pedigree as three members of his family have played in the major leagues.
Lachemann's grandfather Marcel had a brief pitching career with the Oakland Athletics and was a longtime pitching coach - and briefly manager - of the California/Anaheim Angels.
He later took the same job with the Marlins and Rockies.
Brady, who has worked for the San Francisco Giants, as well as the AAA Teams Nashville Sounds and Norfolk Tides, will fill the position of Stadium Operations Director.
With the additions of McClennan, Lachemann, Young, and Young, the Fisher Cats have now hired six new Front Office Members since the start of the offseason.
