Toronto Blue Jays centerfielder Daulton Varsho is finally roaming centerfield again after starting his rehab as a designated hitter in his first game back.
Varsho injured his left hamstring back in May trying to stretch a double into a triple.
Since then it's been a long road back to recovery for Varsho. The 29-year-old opened this season on the IL while recovering from off-season shoulder surgery.

On Sunday afternoon, Varsho appeared in a Florida State League game for the Dunedin Blue Jays in a rehab appearance.
Varsho, hit a three-run home run to give the D-Jays a 4-1 lead. It came off the bat at 101.1 mph and went an undisclosed distance.
Overall, Varsho was 1-3, but drove in an additional run as he grounded out in the bottom of the third.
If Varsho can return to the Blue Jays and hit as he did before his injury, that'll make an already dangerous Blue Jays lineup even more dangerous.
The left-handed-hitting outfielder provided a massive spark at the plate following his return, blasting eight home runs with 20 RBIs and a .543 slugging percentage across 24 games before returning to the shelf.
Where Varsho's presence has been missed most, of course, is in centre field, where he captured his first-career Gold Glove Award last season.
In his absence, the club has utilized a combination of Myles Straw, Nathan Lukes and George Springer.
