The Toronto Blue Jays continue to reshuffle their bullpen, resulting in two more departures.

Toronto Blue Jays relievers Josh Fleming and Austin Voth have both cleared waivers after being designated for assignment and have chosen to become free agents, the team announced Thursday.

Blue Jays looking to stabilize a revolving door of pitchers

Voth was part of a series of roster moves earlier this month, when Brendon Little and Lazaro Estrada were optioned to Triple-A Buffalo on April 5.
The 33-year-old right-hander made just one appearance with Toronto, giving up one run on four baserunners while striking out one over 2.2 innings against the Chicago White Sox.
Prior to joining the Blue Jays, Voth last appeared in the majors in 2024 with the Seattle Mariners and spent the 2025 season pitching in Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball.
Fleming was added to the roster the following day, with Voth’s designation serving as the corresponding move.
The 29-year-old left-hander signed with Toronto during the offseason after spending all of 2025 as a reliever with Seattle’s Triple-A affiliate. He posted a 4.91 ERA across 84.1 innings, recording 44 strikeouts.
Like Voth, Fleming also made just one appearance for the Blue Jays.
He entered in relief of Max Scherzer, who exited Monday’s start against the Los Angeles Dodgers after two innings due to right forearm tendinitis.
Fleming allowed four runs over three innings in that outing.
Toronto has been working to stabilize its pitching staff after using 18 different pitchers through its first 12 games of the season.
