The Toronto Blue Jays may look to the trade market after whiffing on free agent's Kyle Tucker and Bo Bichette.

The Toronto Blue Jays still have avenues to reshape their roster via the trade market before spring training begins.
With so many options already on hand, Toronto would need to move at least one of these players to create space for another impact addition, simply to balance the roster from a bench and lineup perspective.
With the offseason still ongoing, the Blue Jays could explore acquiring another star via trade or consider signing Cody Bellinger, the final remaining high-upside left-handed bat on the free-agent market.
On the trade front, players such as Brendan Donovan or Steven Kwan would provide an offensive boost.
Toronto previously checked in on Kwan at last year's trade deadline, and his left-handed contact profile would fit seamlessly near the top of the lineup, potentially slotting between Springer and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
However, Cleveland reportedly wanted a haul in return, which stalled discussions.

Blue Jays may be done adding until the July trade deadline

Other paths remain open for the Blue Jays. They could deal from their surplus by moving a player like José Berrios, shore up middle-infield depth, or even pull off an unexpected move.
Still, with a full roster and spring training fast approaching, Toronto's roster appears increasingly settled.
There is a growing possibility that the organization holds off on further additions until the July trade deadline.
If the core group of position players continues to make consistent contact and stays healthy, waiting may be the most practical approach, especially if suitable offensive upgrades are not readily available now.
Regardless of how the remainder of the offseason unfolds, the Blue Jays' winter activity has positioned them as one of the league's biggest winners.
There remains a clear path for Toronto to defy expectations once again and push toward a World Series return.
Even after missing out on several top free agents, the Blue Jays believe they have the pieces in place to contend, just as they did last season.
