Blue Jays Central host Jamie Campbell had thoughts about how the league should handle the fan who taunted Ketel Marte's late mother at Guarenteed Rate Field in Chicago on Tuesday.
In case you haven't already heard Arizona Diamondbacks infielder Ketel Marte was visibly upset on the field Tuesday night after a spectator at Chicago's Rate Field heckled him about his late mother, who died in a car accident eight years ago. The incident left Marte in tears, and the fan was immediately ejected from the stadium.
The White Sox made statement shortly there after proclaiming that the fan who made inappropriate comments towards Ketel Marte about his late mother has been banned indefinitely from White Sox home games.

However, Blue Jays Central host Jamie Campbell thought that major league baseball should take it a step further on how to handle the fan who taunted Ketel Marte's late mother.
Campbell suggested that the fan should never be allowed in any stadium, not just Guaranteed Field in Chicago.
"Here's hoping the White Sox 'fan' who taunted Ketel Marte is never permitted in a big league stadium again."
I definitely agree with Jamie Campbell on this one, being banned from one stadium isn't enough to set an example, he should be banned from the beautiful game of baseball in it's entirety.
People like this need to learned that acts like that should not be tolerated and have no place in any stadium where fans, kids and families go to enjoy the game.
