Toronto Blue Jays reliever Brendon Little's family got nasty online messages from so called fans after Game 5 loss to the Seattle Mariners.
Sometimes in baseball, all it takes is one decision for the game to fall apart.
The Blue Jays learned that the hard way in the bottom of the eighth inning of Game 5 of the ALCS against the Seattle Mariners.
After the worst outing of his professional career, Little faced reporters in the clubhouse holding himself accountable for his poor performance in game 5 of the ALCS.
In his media scrum Blue Jays manager defended his decision to use Little in the eighth inning, while players like Kevin Gausman reassured Little that it's not his fault and to flush it.
Some so called, ill mannered, Blue Jays fans weren't so forgiving.

I hated Brendon Little's PERFORMANCE as much as anyone last night.
BUT... DMing him and his family disgusting stuff is completely unacceptable.
You can disagree with the baseball decisions all you want but this is just ridiculous.

I get that people are upset, but camping on Brendon Little's social media AND his family's socials just to spam their comment feeds with shit like this isn't gonna help anyone. It really isn't that serious y'all

While it is understandable for fans to be upset with the outcome of Friday night's game, going after players, their friends and their family is just despicable from any fanbase.
