The
Blue Jays prospect was named most valuable player of the Buffalo Bisons for their 2025 season.
Overall this season, Tirotta hit 12 home runs to go along with 60 RBIs and 12 stolen bases. But that doesn't tell the full story. The 27 year old peaked late, batting .324 in August and .311 in June.
Pitcher
Andrew Bash won two awards, receiving the Most Valuable Pitcher award as well as the Hometown Hero Award.
Bash has spent parts of four years with the team and keeps getting better with age. 2025 saw him win six games out of the bullpen as well as pick up his first two Triple-A saves.
He has also felt right at home at Sahlen Field in Buffalo, where his ERA is a full point than on the road. The righty is 6-1 with a 2.03 ERA in 48.2 inning pitched at home, compared to 0-1 with a 3.51 ERA in 33.1 innings outside of Buffalo this season. He has also nearly double the number of strikeouts at home (46) compared to road games (24) this season with a WHIP on 1.03 in Downtown Buffalo.
Blue Jays' Michael Stefanic, Phil Clarke and Hayden Juenger also honored
Catching prospect
Phil Clarke was awarded the Comeback Player of the Year. Pitcher
Hayden Juenger won the Fremo Vallone Community Service Award for his volunteering efforts.
Infielder
Michael Stefanic, who briefly saw time in the majors this season, won the Joe De Sa Most Inspirational Player Award.
Congratulations to all the winners.
