Blue Jays' Kevin Gausman is in search for a flamethrower...literally

So you're probably thinking he is probably joking or its not a flamethrower in the literal sense maybe a metaphor or hyperbole of some sort.

Nope he is really looking for someone in the Toronto area to hook him up with a flamethrower or knows where to get a flamethrower.

If you still don't believe me, MLB.com's Keegan Matheson double downed on it.

When I first saw the tweet I have to admit the first thing that crossed my mind was that asinine fan that harassed his wife online after he lost a bet, but I'm sure Gausman has a little more sense than that.

So what does he need this flame thrower for then? I mean what does any suburbanite need a flamethrower for?

So far he's had no serious responses yet, most of them are just curious onlookers and some pretty hilarious answers and memes.

It will be interesting to see in the upcoming days whether or not someone can actually help him out with his odd request, maybe he will enlighten us as to why he is looking for one. I have a feeling it will be good for a laugh either way.
