Guerrero exited the team's matinee against the Cleveland Guardians early after being hit by a pitch by starter Tanner Bibee.
With Guerrero's strong .286/.389/.506 slashline in the month of June, fans were naturally concerned about his hit by pitch being more than a bruise, which seems to always be up to fate.
X-rays for a potential forearm fracture on Vladimir Guerrero Jr. came back negative, the Toronto Blue Jays announced on Thursday.

Schneider spoke on Sirius XM Radio saying that "X-rays yesterday were negative, and talking to him last night on the plane, I think he'll be okay," adding that he thinks Guerrero will be in the lineup for tonight's game against the Red Sox.
"I think [he'll be in the lineup]." John Schneider gives the latest update on Vlad Jr. (forearm contusion), after exiting Thursday's game.
"With a guy like him, you want to be careful, so if he needs an extra day, he'll get it."
The 26-year-old slugger was formally diagnosed with a contusion, and it appears he'll avoid a stint on the IL.
Guerrero, 26, is in his seventh big league season. He entered play on Thursday batting .282 with 82 hits, 11 home runs, 40 runs batted in and an OPS of .837.
Guerrero has been one of the team's best hitters of late, and with the ink drying on his 14-year, $500 million extension, it's no shock Schneider might be patient with him.
