Former Toronto Blue Jays infielder and MLB Network analyst Mark DeRosa says that Jays manager John Schneider is big on team bonding, building and club chemistry.
DeRosa jokingly suggests that on their off days John Schneider must take these guys to different places together to build team cohesiveness.
