Arizona Diamondbacks first baseman Josh Naylor blasted a drive to deep center on Tuesday night, sending Toronto Blue Jays centerfielder Myles Straw on a dead sprint back to the wall. Straw reached for the ball, coming up just short before slamming into the wall.

Straw injured his ankle in the top of the fifth inning after seemingly twisting his ankle on Naylor's double off the wall.
Naylor a former teammate and friend, raised his hands and grabbed the top of his helmet before reaching second base when he saw that Straw wasn't getting up.
Naylor turned to the umpire to make sure time was out and then made his way quickly out to center field to check on Straw.
While it's common to see opposing players check on one another in close proximity, for Naylor to go all the way to the center-field wall drew plenty of attention.
Ben Nicholson-Smith reported that Straw is improving and hoping he can avoid the injured list.
The 30-year-old has enjoyed a strong debut season with the Blue Jays as a bench outfielder.
Straw has fit in extremely well since arriving via trade with international bonus pool money from the Cleveland Guardians over the off-season, accounting for 0.6 fWAR across 59 games.
He's been effective versus left-handed pitching, slashing .310/.333/.379 with eight RBIs and a 103 wRC+ over 61 plate appearances.
Straw was replaced in center by Alan Roden and later ruled out with a right ankle sprain.
With Nathan Lukes on the mend and returning, should the Blue Jays put Myles Straw on the IL or send Will Robertson back to Buffalo?
