12th-rder Blaine Bullard signs w/Blue Jays for $1,697,500 ($1,547,500 counts vs pool). Texas HS OF, plus speed & knows how to use it on the bases & in center field. Texas A&M recruit. Largest bonus outside of top four rds so far in the 2025 MLB Draft.

The only other Blue Jays pick that has signed is Fourth-round pick Micah Bucknam, who signed a $678,300 deal, just under the $680,000 slot value for the No. 143 overall pick.
