Toronto Blue Jays farm system named among most improved

The Major League team wasn't the only thing going for the Blue Jays in 2025.
They have also been listed among the teams with the most improved farm system.
2024 was a disaster. The Blue Jays finished last in the American League East and top prospect Ricky Tiedemann got hurt part way through the year. While the pitcher didn't play at all this year as he recovered from Tommy John surgery, several other prospects did.

Khal Stephen, Kendry Rojas, and Juaron Watts-Brown all improved their stock. So much so that they were traded away at the deadline for veteran help.
Trey Yesavage went all the way from Low-A Dunedin to the majors, a master class in prospect management. He has now given way to the next generation of prospects, pitchers like Gage Stanifer and Johnny King.
While the bats are a few steps behind the arms, there are some interesting names to keep an eye on such as first round draft JoJo Parker and 17-year old infielder Juan Sanchez, who had an outstanding first season in the Dominican Republic.
Beyond Tiedemann, players like Adam Macko and Josh Kasevich are healthy once again and all three have a legitimate shot at making their major league debuts in 2026.
Blue Jays overhauled their pitching development program
One of the reasons for the Blue Jays success at the lower levels was the overhaul of their pitching development program over the last couple of years. While there are still some concerns about condition, they will be forever heralded for how they handled Yesavage.
Now, with another crop of prospects deemed major league ready, the Blue Jays could be making noise in the minors for many years to come.
