The seventh inning of Monday's game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Pittsburgh Pirates delivered plenty of drama.

Hand up if you had a beef between the Blue Jays and Pirates on your 2025 bingo card.
To start, Blue Jays managerJohn Schneider was ejected during the top of the inning after Davis Schneider was called out on strikes while facing Pirates reliever Evan Sisk.
Toronto's skipper immediately emerged from the first base dugout and was shown the hook after exchanging words with Ripperger on his way to the plate.
But things then escalated out of nowhere when Tommy Pham flipped his bat on a walk by Blue Jays reliever Brendon Little, which the outfielder admitted was directed at Toronto catcher Tyler Heineman.

A closer look at the dispute between Tommy Pham and Tyler Heineman. 👀
"I'm not worried about Tommy Pham's opinion about anything, really," Schneider said. "I'm worried about our defense. I'm worried about our at-bats."
After the game Tommy Pham went on social media to respond to a tweet from MLB.com's Keegan Matheson that aggravated him.
Blue Jays Central host Jamie Campbell joined in on the fun to point out the ridiculousness of the situation.

Not only that in a since deleted post by Pham, he had some inflammatory comments in which he accused Addison Barger of taking steroids.
Pham currently has 6 homeruns and 34 RBIs this season with a .260 batting average and .333 on base percentage in 92 games for the Pirates which is exactly why Schneider is not worried about him.
Pham has long been one of MLB's most controversial figures.
Earlier this season, he was suspended one game for conduct directed at a Los Angeles Angels fan.
The veteran outfielder was also suspended three games in 2022 while a member of the Cincinnati Reds for slapping Joc Pederson over a fantasy football dispute.
