Toronto Blue Jays fan favorite Ernie Clement and World Series hero Joe Carter produced many unforgettable moments at the inaugural MLB golf tourney.

The Blue Jays' team of Clement and Carter may have finished 7th at the inaugural MLB Open golf tournament, but likely won over the hearts of anybody who tuned in or saw clips from the event.

Clement and Carter put on a show at Shadow Creek

Clement was one of the stars of social media for his affable approach and general good-vibes nature on the course at Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas.

The Blue Jays team were paired up with Dodgers duo of Will Smith and Andre Ethier, leading to some playful trash talk.
Joe Carter who himself hosts his own annual 'Joe Carter Classic' golf tournament in Toronto, now in it's 17th year, sunk a long birdie putt and made sure Mookie Betts knew who the man was.
Joe Carter and Mookie Betts have been heckling each other all day today. Joe Carter proceeds to drain a long birdie putt in front of him.
Clement made some incredible approach shots and drained some really tough putts in the three-day tournament.

After watching Clement sink a long putt, Carter recreates the signature handshake that the Ern-Dog and Vladdy do on the baseball field.

In an interview while walking down the fairway after one of his many stellar shots, Clement was asked if he was looking for a revenge against Smith on the course.
«On the down low, yeah, maybe,» Clement said with a laugh. «It would be nice to get a win against those Dodgers. But they're awesome guys, great golfer, we're just having a blast out here.»
At the end of the inaugural tourney, it was the Minnesota Twins pair of Royce Lewis and Aaron Hicks who took home the trophy for the event.
Even though Twins pair of Royce Lewis and Aaron Hicks won the tournament, it was Blue Jsys Ernie Clement and Joe Carter who stole the show.
