Manager John Schneider announced that Toronto Blue Jays infielder Bo Bichette will indeed be in the starting lineup for Game 3 of the World Series in Los Angeles

It appears as though the Toronto Blue Jays will have one of their most important bats back in the lineup for Game 3.
Star infielder Bo Bichette is expected to return to the Blue Jays' lineup for Monday's outing against the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 3 of the World Series.

Bo Bichette to play second base in game 3 of the World Series

Schneider added that Bichette is likely to line up at second base, his second such major league appearance at the position after debuting there in Game 1.
Bo Bichette will be in the lineup at 2nd base in Game 3, Blue Jays manager John Schneider says.
Bichette started Game 1 on Friday but was held out of the lineup to begin Saturday's Game 2 as he works his way back from a knee sprain suffered in September.
He went 1-for-2 with a walk before getting subbed out for pinch-runner Isiah Kiner-Falefa in the bottom of the sixth inning on Friday.
He served as a pinch-hitter in Game 2 but was unable to get on base in the eventual 5-1 loss.
Standing ovation for Bo Bichette as he comes to the plate in Toronto 👏
Bichette was left off the Blue Jays' ALDS and ALCS roster after suffering a knee sprain Sept. 6 against the New York Yankees.
The 27-year-old was enjoying a bounce-back season before missing most of the final month.
Bichette slashed .311/.357/.483 with 18 home runs and 94 RBIs and led MLB with 181 hits at the time of his injury.
He still finished tied for second in hits and second in doubles (44) despite missing the final 20 games of the year.
Bichette is set to become a free agent after this season.
