The Atlanta Braves take on the Toronto Blue Jays in Grapefruit League action at TD Ballpark in Dunedin FLA.
In his last Grapefruit League outing versus the Tampa Bay Rays José Berríos allowed five hits and three earned runs while striking out one in four innings. Reliever Zach Pop (1-0) got the win.
The veteran right-hander allowed just one run across his first two appearances of the spring, but Brandon Lowe tagged him for a three-run homer during the third inning against the Rays.
After posting a 3.60 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 153:54 K:BB across 192.1 innings last season. Berrios is locked in as a mid-rotation starter for Toronto this season.
