It was a wild day down in Jupiter, as the Dunedin Blue Jays beat the Jupiter Hammerheads19-5. What's more remarkable however is that the Blue Jays' Single-A affiliate had more walks than runs scored. Yes, in a game where they pushed 19 runs across the plate, Dunedin was walked a record 22 games. It is both a Florida State League record and a full-season minor league record/

The record-breaking box score can be viewed here.
Every Blue Jays player was walked at least once and both J.R. Freethy and Sam Shaw, the first two hitters in the lineup were each walked four times, including taking back-to-back walks in the first inning to open the game.
At one point, the Blue Jays drew four consecutive bases loaded walks and had seven total on the night. It's part of the reason they were up 11-2 after three innings - including a seven run third - and 15-2 after five.
It gets even weirder though. Dunedin's pitchers also managed to walk a lot of batters, 10 in total. Shortstop Starlyn Caba, who was batting leadoff for Jupiter walked in all five of his plate appearances.
Top prospect Trey Yesavage, making his first professional start for Dunedin was responsible for six of those free passes, though he also struck out four in 3.2 innings.
For those who are keeping track, the game had a total of 14 hits, 24 runs, and 32 walks. There were also three errors - two by the Hammerheads and one by the Blue Jays.
Recent Dunedin addition Edinson Batista made his debut for the club, giving up three runs, and walking two while also hitting a batter and getting charged with a balk in just 0.2 innings.
The only Hammerheads player to not issue a walk was Juan Reynoso, though he did give up a run in two innings.
Both the Dunedin Blue Jays and the Jupiter Hammerheads, who are the Single-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins, move to 2-2 on the FSL season.
