The Toronto Blue Jays look for the series win against the Boston Red Sox in game three. Blue Jays veteran Jose Berrios is on the bump tonight versus Red Sox starter Tanner Houck. First pitch is at 7:07 PM ET on Sportsnet and NESN.

Jose Berrios was not a factor into his last outing, a 4-2 win over the Yankees, allowing five hits and two walks while striking out four in 5.1 scoreless innings.
Berrios retired the side in both of the first two innings, and while he allowed two baserunners in each of the next three frames, he was able to escape without giving up a run.
He generated only five whiffs while tossing 89 pitches (55 strikes) and was two outs shy of registering his third quality start of the season.
Berrios has a 4.24 ERA and 1.41 WHIP over 34 innings this season, but his 15 walks are tied for second most in the American League behind Carlos Rodon's 18. The last time he faced Boston on April 7 he allowed just one run in seven innings.
In his last outing Tanner Houck came away with a no-decision in the first game of a doubleheader against the Guardians, giving up four runs on eight hits and a walk over five innings. He struck out six.
The right-hander has yet to put together back-to-back strong outings this season, but there were signs of progress for Houck.
He generated 32 called or swinging strikes among his 94 pitches (61 total strikes), and he avoided issuing multiple free passes for the first time in 2025.
Houck is still looking for his first win of the year, and he'll take a 7.58 ERA, 1.69 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB through 29.2 innings into his start tonight at Rogers Centre.
