Robert Brooks might not be a real person

Before Spring Training started, very few people had any idea who Robert Brooks was. Now, thanks to the Blue Jays social media, he is becoming a familiar and much-loved personality.
Indeed, some Jays fans have taken to X to share their beliefs that Brooks isn't a real person.
Whether it's quoting Chappell Roan's
Pink Pony Club, or thinking he'd make a good truck driver because he listens to a lot podcasts, Blue Jays everywhere are clamouring for more content from the alleged Davis Schneider look-alike.
It's a shame that Brooks didn't get into more Spring Training games. While he hung around for a while, he was used mainly as a bullpen catcher. Who wouldn't love to be a fly on the ball for a conversation between and Max Scherzer? Or him and Chris Bassitt?
Johnny would love it for sure.
Brooks is also a philosopher. When the #QuestionOfTheDay was is cereal soup, Brooks launched to a whole tangent about categorization and compared to the "is a hot dog sandwich" debate. For the record, he's yes on a cereal being soup (on a technicality) while no on a hot dog being a sandwich.
Contradictory much? It doesn't matter, because Brooks doesn't actually exist.
So, will fans see more of Brooks any time soon? While it's unlikely that Brooks will play for the Blue Jays this season, his jersey sales could see a significant boost thanks to his mysterious and mustachioed personality. And he could make it to Triple-A.
