Remember the name Eddie Micheletti Jr.

Toronto Blue Jays outfield prospect Eddie Micheletti Jr. is off to an impressive start with Double-A New Hampshire early this season.
2025 marked Micheletti Jr.’s first full year in professional baseball, and he showed promising signs of emerging as a rising prospect in both the Blue Jays system and the minor leagues overall.
In 2024, he began his pro career with Single-A Dunedin, where he posted a .292/.422/.458 slash line across 90 plate appearances.
He hit two home runs, drew 13 walks (14.3%), and struck out 14 times (15.6%), showcasing a solid approach at the plate.

His first significant test came in 2025 with High-A Vancouver. At age 23, the Delaware native hit .228/.375/.418 over 464 plate appearances, launching 14 home runs.
While the batting average was modest, his plate discipline stood out, as he drew 78 walks compared to 70 strikeouts, a strong indicator of his offensive awareness.
Those 14 home runs ranked him sixth in the Blue Jays’ minor league system, trailing Yohendrick Piñango, Carter Cunningham, Charles McAdoo, RJ Schreck, and Sean Keys, placing him in notable company.
During 2026 Spring Training, Micheletti Jr. made the most of limited opportunities with the Blue Jays.
In just eight at-bats, he produced a .375/.875/1.319 slash line, collecting three hits, including a double and a home run, along with one walk and two strikeouts.

Micheletti's power on display in Double-A

Micheletti II's spring training performance earned him a promotion to Double-A New Hampshire, where he has hit the ground running with the Cats.
Through his first four games, he is hitting .333/.429/.667 with a 1.095 OPS.
He has already hit two home runs, posting a 14.3% walk rate and a 28.6% strikeout rate, along with a .471 wOBA and 172 wRC+.
#BlueJays prospect Eddie Micheletti Jr. started the season strong, homering in both Opening Weekend games.
Defensively, Micheletti Jr. has experience at both corner outfield positions, primarily playing right field in 2025.
Over 658.2 innings there, he committed five errors and recorded seven assists, while also adding another assist in left field. His strong arm is a clear asset.
Offensively, he combines power with a disciplined eye at the plate.
However, his hit tool and speed are considered fringe, which could impact his long-term ceiling.
With a growing group of left-handed outfield prospects in the Blue Jays organization, Micheletti Jr. is a name worth watching as he continues to develop in the upper minors.
