The Blue Jays are one win shy of their first ALCS appearance in nearly a decade.
The Yankees have their backs against the wall again, already facing another win-or-go-home situation.
The stakes are high in the AL Division Series, which shifts to New York for Game 3 on Tuesday night.
The Blue Jays, who haven't reached the ALCS since 2016, aren't looking past the Yanks, though.
«As far as I'm concerned, it's 0-0,» outfielder George Springer said. «That's a great team. I know it. They know it. This whole locker room knows it. So it's about getting after it on Tuesday. And 0-0, and we're ready to go.»
Blue Jays veteran
Shane Bieber is on the bump versus Yankees lefty
Carlos Rodon. First pitch is at 8:08 PM ET on Sportsnet and FS1.

Starting Pitchers Overview
Shane Bieber (4-2) picked up the win in his last contest against the Rays, conceding two runs on five hits and two walks with three strikeouts over five innings.
This wasn't Bieber's sharpest performance, as he generated only nine whiffs out of his 90 total pitches.
Both runs the Toronto right-hander allowed came on solo homers in the second, with Junior Caminero and Jonathan Aranda going deep.
Following a return from Tommy John surgery in mid-August, Bieber produced a 3.57 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 37:7 K:BB across 40.1 regular-season innings.
New York's season is riding on the arm of Carlos Rodon on Tuesday. In his last outing Rodon didn't factor into the decision during a 4-3 victory over the Red Sox in game 2 of the Wild Card game.
He gave up three earned runs on four hits and three walks while striking out six batters over six innings.
Rodon squandered an early 2-0 lead by giving up a two-run single to Trevor Story in the third inning.
The Yankees' offense then gave the southpaw a 3-2 lead to work with entering the sixth, which was once again spoiled by Story, this time via a 381-foot solo shot to left field.
Rodon needed 91 pitches to make it through six frames, so if the Blue Jays run up the count early (which they're known to do), the Yankees might have to go to their shaky bullpen to bail him out.
The Bullpen stumbled in Game 2, allowing the score to look a little closer than the game actually felt.
Justin Bruihl, Eric Lauer and Tommy Nance all allowed runs, but none of the three are considered high-leverage arms at this point.
Louis Varland seems to be peaking at the right time, while Seranthony Dominguez and Jeff Hoffman are still fresh, so despite the numbers on Sunday, the Blue Jays enter Game 3 with their big dogs ready.
Blue Jays manager John Schneider said that they were addressing the issue as to ensure that Dominguez does not tip his pitches going forward.
