After a strong performance over the first half of the season, the first-place Blue Jays are hoping to pick up where they left off.

Justin Verlander gets the ball for the Giants tonight. In his last outing Verlander (0-7) took the loss against the Phillies, allowing four runs (two earned) on seven hits across six innings. He struck out seven.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has 19 doubles and 12 home runs while hitting .277 for the Blue Jays. Davis Schneider is 9 for 31 with a double and four home runs over the last 10 games.
Rafael Devers has 23 doubles and 17 home runs for the Giants. Jung Hoo Lee is 12 for 37 with two doubles and two triples over the past 10 games.
