Heineman is not the first athlete to have a parallel career as a Houdini, Former Philadelphia Eagles Long Snapper Jon Dorenbos made it all the way to third place on America's Got Talent after wowing the judges with his card tricks. He even got a golden buzzer from guest judge Ne-Yo.

While Heineman is currently fighting for the backup catcher spot alongside Christian Bethancourt and Ali Sanchez, he has an advantage is clubhouse presence.
While success is never guaranteed as an athlete, it is good to know thatHeineman has something to fall back on. While many think that all athletes are well-paid, the more fringe players struggle to survive.
