Addison Barger gets the Blue Jays on the board early with a two-run double driving in Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
After another Barger double Nathan Lukes hits a two run home run to right centre off of Luis Castillio.
The reigning gold glover Daulton Varsho was doing Daulton Varsho type things in centerfield robbing Ben Williamson of a home run.
Kevin Gausman goes 5.1 innings, allowing 2 runs (both earned) on 7 hits, 0 walks and 3 strikeouts
In the bottom of the 8th inning Yimi Garcia gives up a single and two walks to load the bases with nobody out.
He then stuns the Mariners by punching his way out of the inning.
With the bases loaded in the top of the 9th Daulton Varsho hits a sac fly to drive in Tyler Heineman to make it 6-3 Blue Jays.
Jeff Hoffman came out in the bottom of the 9th and redeemed himself after a rough couple of outings against the Los Angeles Angels.
Story of the game is the Nathan Lukes homer, Addison Barger's three doubles, Daulton Varsho on both sides of the ball with Garcia and Hoffman redeeming themselves.
Great road game all around.
