The Toronto Blue Jays have announced their Game 2 starter versus the Seattle Mariners in the ALCS.

He will take the ball for the second time in this year's playoffs, following a historic outing against the New York Yankees in Game 2 of the ALDS.
The 22-year-old set the franchise playoff record with 11 strikeouts in just his fourth career start, earning the victory over 5.1 dominant no-hit innings.
He was lifted with a 12-0 lead to a standing ovation before the Blue Jays hung on for a 13-7 win.
Toronto's 20th overall pick in 2024 notably skyrocketed through its minor-league system this year, reaching the majors in September after starting the season in low-A Dunedin and hitting every stop along the way.
He went on to make three regular-season starts after recording 160 strikeouts over 98 innings in the minors.
After keeping the Bronx Bombers in check, he will now be tasked with shutting down the Mariners' heavy hitters in Cal Raleigh, Josh Naylor and Eugenio Suarez.
Game 2 is set for Monday in Toronto at 5:03 p.m. ET / 2:03 p.m. PT
