The Anthony Santander announce some more tough injury news yesterday when they took outfielder Anthony Santander out of the game with hip inflammation.
The Blue Jays removed Santander out of the game yesterday with a commanding 14-0 lead as they ended up winning the game by two touchdowns replacing him with Jonatan Clase.

The Blue Jays have been having a difficult time staying healthy as their team is currently loaded with injuries from Andres Gimenez and Max Scherzer to Erik Swanson and now Santander.
After the game, Blue Jays manager John Schneider spoke to the media about the injury stating that he is currently day to day so they are not sure if he will be in the lineup today against the Padres.
Anthony Santander (hip inflammation) is day to day per John Schneider.
«It was a little bit awkward and I don't want to take any chances with losing him for an extended period of time, so we'll see how he is tomorrow."

Anthony Santander was removed from tonight's game with left hip inflammation per team.

While Schneider stated that Santander is day to day, he could end up on the IL if things don't progress like they hoped. Hopefully that is not the case as he was just starting to heat up.
Hopefully the Blue Jays get Santander back in the lineup soon.
