Toronto Blue Jays legend Roy Halladay slighted in All-MLB Quarter Century team ranking

A list was recently compiled for the All-MLB Quarter Century Team of the 2000's which included Toronto Blue Jays legend Roy Halladay but the list also slighted him in the rankings.
In Toronto,Halladay is considered the legend of legends as he was the most dominant pitcher Toronto has ever seen and is easily one of the best pitchers of the last 25 years.

The Athletic recently put together a All-MLB quarter century team with no surprise, included Blue Jays legendary pitcher Roy Halladay.
In the article, Halladay was referred to as one of the top 5 best pitchers of the past 25 years which is where he where the insulting part comes in as he was clearly the best pitcher of the 2000's.
The Athletic (subscription required) recently selected its all-quarter century team. Jayson Stark, who wrote the piece, installed Halladay as one of the five best pitchers from 2000 to today. -Postins
A case can be made for Randy Johnson but the majority of his best years came in the late 90's and in the first few years of the 2000's whereas Halladay had a longer dominant stretch in that time period.
Between 2001 and 2013, Doc had 10 seasons with an ERA under 4.00 with 6 of those seasons having an ERA below 3.00 with multiple 20 wins seasons throughout those years.
When looking at the statistics and awards Halladay collected throughout the 2000's, it is impossible to put any pitcher ahead of him as he was clearly the most dominant pitcher of that time period.
The only thing that people can ever hold against him is that he never won a World Series but even then that is not enough to put any pitcher ahead of him on this list.
