The Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Baltimore Orioles 6-4 in a Thursday afternoon Spring Training Game in Dunedin. The Blue Jays have now won four in a row.

With the win Toronto improves to 12-6-1 on the Grapefruit League season, including a 9-1 home record.
The Blue Jays took an early lead in the top of 1st inning on an RBI single from Daulton Varsho. However, starter Easton Lucas gave up three runs on three doubles, a single and fielder's choice to give the Orioles the lead.
The game stayed that way until the bottom of the fifth inning, when the Blue Jays erupted for four runs.
After a lead-off single by Orelvis Martinez and a double by Myles Straw, Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. each hit an RBI single to even the score at 3-3. After Anthony Santander flew into a double play, the Blue Jays had two outs with Bichette standing on third.
Varsho came up and launched one over the left field wall for his fourth home run of the spring to put the Blue Jays up 5-3. The added a run in the eighth on a Christian Bethancourt RBI single.
Speaking of Bethancourt, he made a key defensive play in the ninth inning. With runners on first and third and a run already in for the Orioles, Bethancourt threw a strike to second baseman Eddinson Paulino to nab Luis Vazquez and finish off a strike-em-out-throw-em-out double play. Zach Pop then struck out Vimael Machin to pick up the save and end the game.
Ryan Yarbrough picked up the win after going two scoreless innings, and Yimi Garcia struck out the side in 6th. Mason Fluharty, Chad Green and Nick Sandlin also had scoreless appearances for the Blue Jays.
The Blue Jays continue their Spring Training slate with a road game against the Houston Astros on Friday. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05pm ET.
